  • We will arrive 45 minutes prior to the time you are scheduled for. If you need us there sooner than that, please let us know the specific details and we’re happy to work with you!

  • Of course! The Booth includes a neutral backdrop of its own, however, if you would like it to match specific elements of your event, you are welcome to provide your own. (There is a curtain rod for hanging, so anything that loops through or ties around will work).

  • Absolutely! Feel free to add a balloon arch and other decor on and around the trailer. There are also a few hanging wall baskets located at the back of the trailer to add elements of floral decor if desired. Be sure to check how/ where you are securing decor as to ensure the integrity of the trailer remains intact.

  • The trailer is 12ft long x 8ft wide x 7.5ft high.

  • We are always happy to work with specific needs. Be sure to check what your venue will allow, but assuming that it is a space that can fit the trailer being towed by truck or close enough to be hand pulled, we can work with you to make it happen.

  • If the weather is considered too bad before the scheduled start time of your event, Desert Bloom Booth may offer a full refund at their discretion. If the weather gets bad during the scheduled event, the booth may have to close its doors until things clear up, however, we will try our hardest to make sure that everyone can get a shot.

  • As many as you’d like! We offer unlimited prints for the duration of the event. You can also share an unlimited amount of the photos via email and social media.

  • Yes! Photo strips can be customized with the date and description of your event. Let us know what you have in mind and as part of the planning process we can send you a draft. If you would like to see the default photo strip please inquire.

  • If your event unexpectedly goes offline, the photos will be backed up on the booths system. Digital copies may still be sent. In the event the printer goes offline, Desert Bloom Booth will get you copies of your event photos no later than 5 business days post event.
